BSc Honours Degree in Forest Resources and Wildlife Management

I am passionate about wildlife conservation as well as the influence of local communities in the success of conservation efforts. I have always been interested in ornithology, but my fascination with Denderas (Southern Ground-hornbill) sbegan when I saw a pair of these birds for the first time in deep rural Zimbabwe.

I joined the project to broaden my knowledge on conservation issues related to the Southern Ground-hornbills as well as make a difference in the lives of communities that live in close proximity with the species.
